Inside Line Promotions – MARION, Ark. (Feb. 8, 2017) – DHR Suspension is excited to announce a partnership with Stenhouse Jr.-Wood Racing as the newly formed team is aiming for the World of Outlaws Craftsman Sprint Car Series championship in 2017.
The team and its driver, 99-time World of Outlaws feature winner Joey Saldana, will utilize Pro Shocks built by DHR Suspension.
“I’ve worked with (crew chief) Tyler Swank for quite a while when he was with Kerry Madsen and when he went to Roth last year with Saldana,” DHR Suspension Owner Derek Hagar said. “It carried over to this camp and I’m looking forward to having a strong year with them and getting that World of Outlaws championship.”
Hagar said it is also special to work with team co-owner and NASCAR driver Ricky Stenhouse Jr., who is a fellow racer from the Midsouth.
“We grew up racing go karts and sprint cars together,” Hagar said. “It’s nice to work with him and this new team to try to help them have success this year.
“I can’t wait to get this season underway for all of my clients. I want to thank them all for their support. We are continuing to grow DHR Suspension and recently bought an Accu-Force spring smasher for the late model side. This is shaping up to be a great year.”
